DELIVERY

Your item/s will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase unless it is weekend or it is due an unavoidable circumstance or it is during a promotion.
The delivery dates and charges will depend on your shipping address and order date. Our delivery partner will send you a text message when your order has been picked up from our place.
We deliver to almost all addresses in Sri Lanka. You may check the following delivery rates along with Zone List to find more about delivery rates and locations

CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE RETURNS

  • COZY PIECES offer a full refund for every online purchase unless it’s marked SALE/ NO RETURNS

 

  • Items marked as SALE are only eligible for refund if deemed faulty

 

  •  Once COZY PIECES has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.

 

  • Cozy Pieces reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

 

  •  If the item/s returned is/are in acceptable condition, COZY PIECES will arrange the refund. The refund amount will be credited to your credit card / Bank Account OR it will be credited to your COZY PIECES account as store credits as per your preference.

 

  • Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable except in cases where COZY PIECES may have made an error. This amount will be deducted from Net Amount paid for the item/s before the refund.

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the credit card or Bank Account that the payment had originally come from. If the payment was made by Cash on Delivery, amount will be deposited to a Bank Account given by you.

 

  • You will be notified via the email with Return Slip and Copy of Transaction once the transaction has been processed.

 

***Please note if there may be an issue with your original payment type, you must notify our customer care team prior to making your return at info@cozypieces.lk in order to organize alternative refund arrangements. Any issues that may arise with refunds to the original account due to COZY PIECES not being notified are completely out of our control and COZY PIECES will not be held accountable.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  •  Pack item(s) with original tags still attached, in original bag with BARCODE attached and the Returns Sheet included , Seal the bag and send to us within 14 days of receiving the package.

  •  If the BARCODE on the original package not clearly visible/damaged please notify our customer care team via info@cozypieces.lk / cc ; info@ayurceylon.lk where you will be offered a copy of same barcode , please print and paste it on package

 

  • Once the package is ready inform us via info@cozypieces.lk / cc;info@ayurceylon.lk with
    •  Copy of Invoice / Order Confirmation of you original purchase of same item/s
    • Your Bank details( ACCOUNT NAME; | ACCOUNT NO; | BANK; | BRANCH; ) if you have made a Cash on Delivery Payment

 

  • Item/s will be collected from same delivery location as it delivered, by our delivery partner within few days of your email notification. If reverse pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts or more than two weeks after pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be cancelled.

EXCHANGES

Due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot process an exchange for you. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order

RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at info@cozypieces.lk and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item. Shipping cost for exchange process will bear by COZY PIECES.

EXTRA INFO

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to COZY PIECES. COZYPICES will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit
